EXCHANGE: We offer a complimentary 30 day exchange policy on all full priced activewear orders with a pre-paid USPS shipping provided for your order. Once your order is delivered back to our warehouse your exchange will be shipped out within 4 business days. Excluding all FINAL SALE orders, discount codes, and Mystery Monday orders.

RETURN & REFUND: For a refund, once your package arrives back at our warehouse your refund will be processed within 4 business days. We offer a full refund on all full priced activewear orders returned within 30 days. Excluding all FINAL SALE orders, discount codes, and Mystery Monday orders.

FINAL SALE: All Mystery Monday orders and items ordered with any discount code are FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Downloadable product purchases made on www.heygirlrun.com are non-refundable. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at michelle@heygirlrun.com to discuss a resolution.

Note: This refund policy is in place due to the nature of downloadable products, meaning that once the ebook has been downloaded there is no way of returning it.
