All Mystery Monday drops, accessories and sale products are marked final sale and cannot be exchanged for something else.

If you dislike your order we are happy to process a return within 30 days of your initial order. Once your order has been returned to us at our warehouse your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

All activewear orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of ordering. Standard delivery can take up to 7 business days once shipped. You should receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

If you haven't received your tracking after 7 days or if your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, please contact Michelle: michelle@heygirlrun.com and we will track down your order.

If you ordered a FREE Run Guide and it did not arrived to your email within 10 minutes of ordering please first check your spam.
