We offer a 30 day exchange policy on all activewear orders with pre-paid shipping for your exchange.

All Mystery Monday drops, accessories and sale products are marked final sale and cannot be exchanged for something else.
If it is your first time ordering with us and you are really unhappy with what you ordered we will process a refund with pre-paid shipping within 30 days of your order once your order has been returned to us.

All activewear orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of ordering. Standard delivery can take up to 7 business days once shipped. You should receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If you haven't received your tracking after 7 days or if your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks, please contact us (michelle@heygirlrun.com) and we will look into the details.
If you ordered a FREE Run Guide and it did not arrived to your email within 10 minutes of ordering please first check your spam.
