To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our shorts and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small you will have a snug compressive fit which is what we recommend for running in).

SARAH is wearing Hot Pink 6" shorts in size LARGE
[Sarah 5'6" and is a true to size medium but because she has a straight down torso (chest to waist) she preferred the waist on the large. 

ANDEE is wearing Midnight 6" shorts in size XLARGE
[Andee 5'9" and is a true to size XL and liked the compressive fit of the XL. Feels they fit true to size. Andee likes the length and that the shorts don't ride up or chaff
