To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our shorts and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a less compressive fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small you will have a snug compressive fit which is what we recommend for running in).

If you are looking for a pair of shorts that won’t ride up and have pockets for days, this is the pair for you! I was so impressed that these shorts were sweat proof. My only complaint is that the shorts were slightly longer than I would like on my 5’ 4” frame, but I am excited to try out the 4 inch shorts in a different color.

I just bought these and wore them on a training run, planning on wearing them for my upcoming marathon. Cannot hype these up enough! The pockets are INCREDIBLE! these are hands down the most comfortable run shorts I’ve ever worn. I’m a newbie runner and I was so scared of chafing/rubbing while running in shorts but it’s not even a thought in these! They are so comfy and so cute and I don’t spend the whole run pulling them down. I tried these and immediately came back to order more colors🙌🏻

I have loved everyday runs in HGR but haven’t raced in them because I like to balance all of my gels between both legs. Now that there are pockets on both sides these will be perfect for race day. They don’t move and don’t show sweat. You couldn’t ask for anything else.
