To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our leggings and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small you will have a snug compressive fit which is what we recommend for running in).

If you were ever skeptical about beyond these leggings, let me just say that you will certainly not regret it! I it just has everything right: the size, compression, pockets, color, material… everything we look for! It definitely does not show sweat, has additional material at the crotch part in case you wear it on days you got your period and is not see through (not even a bit, n a d a). Thank for you selling this product, I’m a forever fan now. :)
