SIZING (runs true to size for a standard fit, size DOWN for a compressive fit) 
*If you currently have our standard high rise leggings, this material has a bit more stretch so if you are in between sizes we suggest you size down. If you order your leggings and they do not stay in place that means you should actually size down!)
To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the stretch in our leggings and the HGR-flex material, if you are looking for a compressive fit, we suggest sizing DOWN. (ex. if you are a true to size medium we suggest you order a size small if you are looking for a secure, compressive fit). 

XS: 23" before stretch // Suggested size waists 24"-27"
SM: 25" before stretch // Suggested size waists 26"-30"
MD: 27" before stretch // Suggested size waists 28"-32"
LG: 29" before stretch // Suggested size waists 30"-35"
XL: 31" before stretch // Suggested size waists 32"-38"
