True to size. If you are looking for a tighter, more supportive, compressive fit you can size down. To find your size, use a tape measure around your chest (aka mid boob). Measurements below are in inches.

[Becki is a typical size small and felt like she could also wear the xsmall for a more compressive and a tighter fit]

Kelly is 5'6" wearing a size MEDIUM sports bra
[Kelly is a typical size large but with the extra stretch preferred the size medium. Kelly felt like she could have worn just one sports bra for shorter more casual runs but felt comfortable doubling up for longer more intense runs. The bands were comfortable for her even doubled up]
