*We've updated our 4" short design & fit to be true to size. If you are looking for a more tight, compressive fit you can size down. To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches.

Brailyn is 5'3" wearing a size XSMALL 4" short
[Brailyn is a typical size small and liked the tighter fit of the xsmall since these shorts do have extra stretch]

Kelly is 5'6" wearing a size LARGE 4" short
[Kelly is a typical size large and loved the extra stretch of the shorts and that they were comfortable to wear and the waistband was secure but never fell down and the leg grips kept the shorts from rising]
