To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our leggings and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small you will have a snug compressive fit which is what we recommend for running in).

I absolutely love these shorts and the color! I use these for all my runs and they DO NOT move or ride up! I used these shorts for my 10 mile race and it got the job done! No sweat stains and my phone was secured due to the deep side pockets! I can rave about these shorts all day! Must buy!

I don’t and won’t wear anything else after trying these out. They are not see-through, don’t show sweat, have perfect length that prevents chafing, and most importantly- they stay in place and NEVER slide. I do my training runs in them in any weather, and this is my go-to for long-distance races. I also love that these shorts have two spacious pockets that easily fit my iPhone plus and gels (I was able to store 7 during my recent race). Absolutely recommend!

I LOVE THEM :) Previously had all athleta shorts, but just one run in these shorts has me changing my allegiance!! The pocket is supreme and fits so much, the double lining shows NO sweat (running in FL humidity thats a miracle), and they feel so good on! They're still compressive but I never feel like I'm being bisected or like I cant breathe. Thank you for making these!
