To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our leggings and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a more true to size fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small, the small will be a snug compressive fit but the medium will also fit).
