To find your size, use a tape measure around your waist at the level of your belly button. Measurements below are in inches. Due to the compression in our shorts and the secure drawstring waistband, if you are looking for a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up. (ex. if you are a true to size small you will have a snug compressive fit which is what we recommend for running in).

I took these out on a run, and they didn’t ride up much! And the bit that did run up did not go anywhere near the parts of my thighs that rub/chafe. I’m usually a medium in bottoms and the M fit comfortably! I like the cross pocket on the side too, which are 2 layers of pockets. It was very handy to keep my keys in the innermost pocket, and anything else in the outer pocket, and not have to worry about my keys flying out when I went to grab something. I don’t usually get very sweaty on my lower body with runs, but I didn’t notice any sweat with these shorts. Looking forward to more training in them!

I’m used to dark colors for shorts because I’m scared of cellulite or sweat showing but these break the rule! I think it’s because of the double lining. They’re comfortable, don’t ride up or move while running and don’t show sweat! I love them and am gonna wear for my marathon coming up!
